At Hammam Farasha we are adapting all the measures recommended by the Ministry of Health and, therefore, we can offer the maximum guarantee for your safety and that of our staff.
Below we inform you about our protocols that we will adapt as the situation evolves.
*
Capacity
Our Hammam only allows two people to enter at the same time and remember that both you and your companion must bring a mask to access our facilities.
*
Thermometers
We take the temperature of the clients upon arrival at our establishment and record them in the medical record that they complete at the reception with their information. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the normal temperature of the human body is between 36.5º and 37.5º degrees and anyone who exceeds these figures will be considered to have a fever. To recommend that there is no contact, we recommend that you take your temperature before arriving at our center. In case of exceeding 37.5º, we do not allow to perform the Ritual room losing your reservation.
*
Bactericidal gel
We have dispensers in all of our rooms so that all staff and clients can wash their hands at all times.
*
Locker room
Once in the locker room you have disposable slippers and towels, as well as a robe that washes over 60º. We have removed all amenitis (makeup removers, bars, deodorants, combs), so we recommend that you bring them in case you need them. We have a hair dryer on request, but you cannot shower in our facilities. Remember that you have brought your bathing path to carry out the Ritual.
*
Daily deep cleaning
Every day, before opening, a deep cleaning with chlorine is carried out (a dilution is recommended, mixing 20 ml of chlorine in 1 liter of water. These solutions are prepared daily and left to act for a few minutes to guarantee effective disinfection) . A subsequent rinse is carried out with water and sprayed with a bactericidal product suitable for direct contact with the skin.
*
After each reservation
When clients leave our clean with bleach solution facilities, we rinse with water and spray with bactericide all the surfaces of both the hammam and the dressing room.
